Make an Appointment
To schedule an appointment, you can call our office during working hours or send us a message via email or the Appointment form. In your online message, please let us know your preferred day and time for the appointment. Our office will get back to you on the same or the next working day to confirm your appointment. In case you are a new patient, you can call our office to provide us with your insurance information or fill out the New Patient forms so that we can verify your insurance coverage and benefits prior to your visit.

Cancellation
Your scheduled appointment time has been specifically reserved for you. We request that you notify us 24 hours in advance if you need to cancel your appointment. We are aware that unforeseen events may sometimes require missing an appointment. After missing your third appointment without notifying us 24 hours in advance, you are subject to a cancellation fee.
Emergency
We understand that there may be a situation where you need immediate attention for a dental issue. In case of an emergency, if you call our office during normal business hours, we will try our best to get you in on the same day. For an emergency after hours, please call our emergency line at (716) 238-1232—leave a brief message specifying your concern and the doctor will get in touch with you as soon as possible.
